The hotel offers rooms in a separate building, not in the main hotel with access to wellness facilities and an outdoor pool. The rooms were suffocatingly warm but provided a balcony with an incredible view. The staff was contrasting to the room temperature, which was great.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms in the separate building were spacious with a balcony but lacked outside furniture. The main building had big rooms, but the layout with a TV in the middle was not ideal. The service was excellent overall, with just one hiccup from a rogue employee. The location in the valley with mountain views was truly special. Dining at Villa Palenk was a delightful experience. However, the facilities could use a bit more attention to detail.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms but can get a bit stuffy. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for nature excursions and relaxing in the wellness center. The dining is tasty but can be limited for the price.
